 Customer Service Representatives (CSRs)

Job Summary:

We are looking for motivated and results-oriented Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to join our dynamic team. As a CSR, your primary role will be to conduct outbound calls to existing or potential customers, ensuring an exceptional customer experience while meeting performance targets. This role involves a mix of customer service, providing product information, and sales support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to existing customers and prospects, adhering to daily call targets.
  • Clearly and effectively introduce and explain products or services to potential customers.
  • Maintain a professional, positive, and customer-centric approach in all interactions.
  • Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales and customer service performance goals.
  • Follow established call scripts and sales pitches, while personalizing conversations to meet individual customer needs.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and stay updated on company products and services.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
  • Proven experience in customer service or a call center environment is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with customers.
  • Ability to handle objections and rejection while maintaining a positive attitude under pressure.
  • Comfortable with outbound calling and driven by meeting sales and service targets.
