Job Summary:
We are looking for motivated and results-oriented Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to join our dynamic team. As a CSR, your primary role will be to conduct outbound calls to existing or potential customers, ensuring an exceptional customer experience while meeting performance targets. This role involves a mix of customer service, providing product information, and sales support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to existing customers and prospects, adhering to daily call targets.
- Clearly and effectively introduce and explain products or services to potential customers.
- Maintain a professional, positive, and customer-centric approach in all interactions.
- Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales and customer service performance goals.
- Follow established call scripts and sales pitches, while personalizing conversations to meet individual customer needs.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and stay updated on company products and services.
Qualifications and Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
- Proven experience in customer service or a call center environment is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with customers.
- Ability to handle objections and rejection while maintaining a positive attitude under pressure.
- Comfortable with outbound calling and driven by meeting sales and service targets.
